50K on a Treadmill in a Shopping Centre
What do you do if you want people to talk about men’s health and cancer awareness?
You run a 50K on a treadmill. In a busy shopping centre. Obviously.
This slightly unhinged idea turned into two treadmills, hundreds of conversations, countless selfies, and a whole lot of awareness (plus a surprising amount of slushie-based fuel). The goal was simple: get people to stop, start talking, and feel more confident about checking their health and asking for support.
It was tough, meaningful, and possibly a terrible idea , which usually means it worked.
Head over to the blog for the full story, the chaos, and why I’ll absolutely do it again.
