Every Mile Counts
When I lace up, it's never just about the miles. Together we've raised over £27,000 for charity, and every pound of it has come from people like you believing in the journey. Over the years your generosity has supported cancer and mental health charities doing truly vital work, funding care, research and support for people in their toughest moments. Fundraising is what turns each blister, each climb and each finish line into something far bigger than a run. For that, I am forever grateful.

Why ChemoHero
This one is personal. Having sat in the chemotherapy chair myself, I know how daunting that first treatment can be. ChemoHero, a wonderful North Devon charity, gifts a Box of Kindness to patients starting chemotherapy: a box filled with useful and comforting items to help carry them through their cancer journey.
Since 2014 over 4,000 boxes have found their way to patients, and every penny we raise together helps that number grow.

Where The Shoes Take Me Next
It's a year that excites and scares me in equal measure. In August I'll be in Chamonix for UTMB week, surrounded by the mountains that keep calling me back. September brings the Ultra Challenge South Coast 50, and in October I'll take on something of my own design: the solo Krispy Kreme London 50.
